Our members range from runners that just started running to competitive road racers/marathon runners. Regardless of your level of fitness, your speed, or your preferred distance, you will find fellow members to run and train with. We have regular training twice a week:
- Monday at 18.45, starting at the track from PAC
(adress Langepad 16). Training on track is all about working on your speed, we
usually run short distances at high speed.
- Wednesday at 18.45, starting from the University Sportcenter
road-racing near the university. We often run around the Kralingse plas or in the forest.
- In the weekend we regularly join road races, cross country, and
relay races. But don't worry, EUR-Roadrunners isn't all about training , we have offer a lot of different stuff! We have drinks after every second Monday training (Proeflokaal Faas). We also have regular social events, such as drinks, dinner of the month, organised summer events, and a club weekend in the countryside. The best way to learn more about the Roadrunners, is to join us for a training. So, take a look at the schedule of this week and come take a look!
