We are in day 2 of the and it’s very exhausting but also very special! Running with my team from Paris to Rotterdam 530km to support palliative care ❤️‍🩹

Arriving in Rotterdam in about 28 hours from now! Many more runs to go! 🏃🏻‍♀️

I have been not been on Instagram because life has been busy! Switching gyms as a trainer has given me a few new clients and I am working on two other projects in my marketing job so I had to prioritize 🤓🙌

Training never stops so here are some moments of last week:

1. I also have new hair
2. Did a Parkrun and was the first women to finish😜
3. Training for the in two weeks from today! Running with my team from Paris France 🇫🇷 to Rotterdam in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 in 48 hours for charity 😍
4. Enjoying my small group sessions at the new location. These women are fire 💪☄️

Together is so much more fun than alone 👯‍♀️ I felt in control the entire race and that made me enjoy it so much more 😍 Daphne pushed us at the end and I pushed us at the beginning, because that’s when we are strongest💪

With exactly one week recovery from the Rotterdam marathon for both of us, we made it to the start of Hyrox 💥 Finished 4th in our age group out of 70, so we are happy with our result but will come back as a duo to see what more we can do 😍

Thanks to .0 for a super fun race and finding me a patch after I lost mine 🙏🏼😘
