It has come to our attention that certain individuals have misused their affiliation with the Kru Muaythai Association (KMA) by leveraging their KMA position, knowledge, and credibility to conduct grading and certification under competing organizations while using KMA curriculum and teaching methods.
This conduct is misleading to students, creates confusion within the Muay Thai community, and undermines the integrity of the standards that KMA has spent decades developing and preserving.
The Kru Muaythai Association has zero tolerance for the unauthorized use of its name, logo, curriculum, certification system, or official position for the benefit of any organization that is not recognized or authorized by KMA. We remain committed to protecting the authenticity, credibility, and reputation of our instructors, students, and the KMA Khan grading system worldwide.

Kru Muaythai Association (KMA)
The Kru Muaythai Association (KMA) wishes to clarify its position regarding the use of KMA certifications, curriculum, logos, titles, and grading authority.
KMA has worked for decades to preserve, promote, and standardize authentic Muay Thai education through a structured system of instructor certification and Khan grading. The integrity of this system relies upon transparency, consistency, and respect for the standards established by KMA.
As such, KMA has zero tolerance for any individual using their KMA title, certification, role, curriculum, logo, or authority to conduct grading, certification, or promotional activities on behalf of another organization that is not recognized or authorized by KMA.
Such actions create confusion among students and the public, misrepresent KMA's standards, and undermine the credibility of the certification system.
Any instructor found to be representing themselves as a KMA-certified Kru while simultaneously using KMA materials, status, or authority to support unauthorized grading activities under another organization may be subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or removal of KMA membership, titles, ranks, and privileges.
