Try-outs U23 Team Utrecht Dragons 🏒

Ben jij klaar voor de volgende stap in jouw ijshockeycarrière? De U23 van de Utrecht Dragons organiseert try-outs voor het nieuwe seizoen!

Wij zijn op zoek naar gedreven spelers met passie, inzet en teamspirit die zich willen ontwikkelen op hoog niveau. De U23 vormt een belangrijke schakel binnen onze vereniging en biedt talentvolle spelers de mogelijkheid om zich in de kijker te spelen.

🔥 Extra motivatie: spelers uit de U23 maken kans op een plek in ons Eredivisie team! Een unieke kans om jezelf te bewijzen en door te groeien binnen de Dragons 🐉

🏆 Ons Eredivisie team eindigde afgelopen seizoen bovendien in de top 3 van Nederland, een bewijs van het hoge niveau en de ambitie binnen de club!

Of je nu al ervaring hebt op hoog niveau of klaar bent om jezelf verder uit te dagen, wij willen jou op het ijs zien! 🏒

🏒 #11 Jonathan Denie & #16 Fynn Hellwig represented the Netherlands U15 National Team at the Bauer World Cup in Aosta, Italy 🇮🇹 — and what a tournament it was!

🇨🇦 6-1 vs Canada
🇭🇺 5-0 vs Budapest
🇵🇱 2-5 vs Poland
🇨🇭 1-2 vs Switzerland
🥉 Penalties win vs Aosta after a thrilling 4-4 draw!

A bronze medal brought home from the Italian Alps — earned through grit, teamwork, and true Dragons spirit! We couldn't be more proud of these two! 🧡🦁

Congratulations, Fynn & Jonathan — you represented your country and your club with everything you had. Now get some rest, boys, you've earned it! 😄🏅

What an incredible achievement for our Dragons! 🐉🏒

Our very own Matti Hellwig had been selected for the Dutch U13 National Team. At the Bauer World Cup in Tours in France, his team went all the way to claim the title — an outstanding accomplishment that makes us incredibly proud! 🏆

But that’s not all — Fynn Hellwig and Jonathan Denie had also been selected for the Dutch U15/U16 National Teams. We wish them the best of luck in their tournaments and hope they achieve amazing results as well.

Congratulations, boys — you are a true representation of the Utrecht Dragons spirit! 🔥

The 2025/2026 season has officially come to an end for the Utrecht Dragons youth teams.
A season filled with growth, commitment, teamwork and great moments on the ice across all age groups.
