My background is personal training and fitness, kayak coaching, nutrition, travel and been a social butterfly! After travelling the world and working in gyms and privateIy along the way I eventually found myself in the stunning Hermanus and completely fell in love

I started my Yoga journey a few years ago in Thailand where I spent months living, eating and breathing yoga. Surrounding myself with like minded Yogis and living a very simple life in a rural town. My life changed, my mind grew and my body took everything in. I was hooked! Since I have been back in Hermanus for the last couple of years I have been working on my own practice, taking in ideas and creating my dream, Yoga Bum. My journey has only yet begun, and after spending a month in Cape Town in April I will be fresh and energized to start teaching my own classes from May.
