What if the biggest accelerator of transformation in the age of AI and coexisting with machines… isn’t technology at all? But us - 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞?
Today I’m excited to share with you the 2026 edition of my 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Since 2016, this is the fourth edition. And yes… in 2016 I wrote the first version alone. Now, it looks like I’m co-working with my humanoid ‘colleague’ which can be surprisingly fun.
While the world rushes into AI, automation and coexisting with machines, one truth keeps returning in every I lead:
𝘖𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘰.
That’s why this new edition puts the 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐬 back at the centre of business agility - the mindsets, emotions, drivers and behaviours that no machine can replicate. And yes… the humanoid in the picture is deliberately standing next to me. Because this is the reality we’re stepping into: humans + machines, side by side. So the real question becomes: what makes us still uniquely valuable?
This booklet explores where technology and humanity meet and why human excellence is the decisive factor in real transformation. , , and 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 I recognise the value of mindset, behaviour, transparency and alignment but these only come alive when the human fundament is strong. It’s an invitation to see change with more , lightness, energy and possibility.
