🔥 10 Years Back in Shape in 4 Weeks Challenge 🔥
Today was Day 25 — just two days away from the finish line of this challenge: 4 weeks, 6 days a week, 30 minutes a day.
Today was our final training together as a group with me as your trainer.
Now there are only two sessions left for this dedicated team to complete the challenge.
The results have been incredible. Some joined to lose weight and achieved between 3.5 and 6 kg of weight loss in just four weeks! 🙌
No diets or shakes, just by following our Viev1 food schedule.
Others came to rebuild their strength, regain their fitness, and get their bodies back in action — and they exceeded all expectations.
Not all 7 participants could be there today due to work, travel, or training with another bootcamp group, but after following your journey these past weeks, I can honestly say:
YOU WERE AWESOME! 👏
Be proud of everything you've achieved. The progress you've made in just four weeks is something to celebrate.
