De jeugd krijgt verschillende prachtige mogelijkheden om de IOGKF European Gasshuku 2026 te ervaren. Het programma begint vorm te krijgen. Sensei Bart van Leeuwen is de hoofdcoördinator voor dit deel van het evenement, samen met het EG26-team — met Sensei Niek Hermsen, Sensei John Striekwold en Sensei Colette Orth als leidende leden — en diverse andere ondersteuners voor administratie, IT, PR, enzovoort.

Er komt een speciale dag voorafgaand aan het evenement en tijdens het evenement zijn er dagelijks jeugdtrainingen.

Sensei Tetsuji Nakamura en Sensei Ernie Molineux zullen de sessies op zondag leiden, met ondersteuning van andere instructeurs. Diverse internationale en nationale instructeurs zullen de jeugd tijdens de Gasshuku ondersteunen en lesgeven.

The youth will have several wonderful oppertunities to experience the IOGKF European Gasshuku 2026. The program is getting in shape. Sensei Bart van Leeuwen is the main coordinator for this part of the event, together with the EG26 team - with Sensei Niek Hermsen, Sensei John Striekwold and Sensei Colette Orth as the leading members - and several other supporters for administation, IT, PR, etc.

There will be a special day before the event and daily youth trainings during the event.

Sensei Tetsuji Nakamura and Sensei Ernie Molineux will lead the Sunday sessions, with the help of other instructors. Several international and national instructors will support and teach the youth during the Gasshuku.

Twelfth announcement!

Last but not least, Sensei Sydney Leijenhorst.

Sensei Leijenhorst is the Chief Instructor for the Netherlands and also serves on the IOGKF International Technical Committee (Gijutsu Iinkai).

He is internationally recognized for his expertise in Okinawan Goju-Ryu karate and his holistic approach to physical and mental development. His work is characterized by a focus on “embodiment”—integrating physical training with mental awareness.

We are pleased to welcome him to the Gasshuku here in the Netherlands this July.

Announcement number Seven!

Proudly we introduce Sensei Paul Nolan. He began his karate training in 1974 and became a member of IOGKF in 1984. He also holds an IOGKF international mentorship committee position, where he shares his experience by teaching and supporting instructors from many countries around the world.

We are pleased to have him at the Gasshuku here in the Netherlands in July.
