in America, for the first time ever.

After almost 20 years of taking the sport across the world, SCL made its U.S. debut in Sandusky, Ohio in 2025.

This was not just another stop on the tour. It was a milestone for the league, for the athletes, and for the future of SCL in the United States.

And with the season heading toward its final stretch, the pressure was real. Every lift, every event, and every point mattered as the athletes fought for position on the leaderboard and chased their place at the World Finals.

Behind The Strength takes you inside that historic first American competition and the moments behind the athletes who made it happen. Follow .bts for more.

Meet Brian Kichton.

On the surface, he’s the guy laughing with the crowd, cartwheeling into competitions, and bringing the fun wherever he goes.

But behind the smile is a much deeper story.
Before Strongman, Brian had to fight through a different kind of weight. His journey is built on hard lessons, second chances, and the decision to turn his life into something stronger.

Follow .bts for Brian’s story.

Evans Nana carries weights you don’t see in competition.

He carries his dream, his country, his family, and the people who helped shape the man he is today.

For Evans, strongman is not just about winning events. It is about proving what is possible, honoring where he came from, and chasing something big enough to make every sacrifice worth it.

This is only the beginning of his story.
