"To relax the body, the first thing is to relax the mind. When the mind is tense, the body is not able to relax sufficiently." A little Qigong reading before bedtime.. Tomorrow I will teach again. Teaching class is not something I do, but something that does me. Goes through me. I just flow with it, connecting deeply with...what...silence? Words, movements, connecting with the group, holding the space for each one there to recognise themselves. To love themselves more, open up to their own beauty, their life-force energy, letting it flow, learning to harness it. Lead it and surrender to it at the same time.. I am so grateful for my work in this world 🙏🏼 (The book I read is 'Zhineng Qigong, the science, the theory and practice' by Ooi Kean Hin).
