The National Climbing Center (NCC) is opening soon and we’re looking for Hospitality and Service Team Members who are energetic, enthusiastic, and welcoming to join our team.

You’ll be right in the middle of it all: at the reception desk, behind the bar, and in the kitchen. You’ll make the best coffee's, prepare snacks, and make sure every visitor feels welcomed. From beginner climbers to top athletes, corporate guests, families and groups of friends.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Is hospitable and full of energy
✔ Has experience in hospitality or events (a plus)
✔ Is available at least 4 days a week, including evenings and at least one weekend day
✔ Is excited to participate in building something unique and big

Since 1986, we’ve been building the climbing sport together. What began as a passion grew into a nationwide network of climbing and bouldering centers, outdoor courses, and trips. And above all: a close community.

But building also means continuing to make choices. Holding on to what was, won’t get you any higher. That’s why, after 40 years, we’re taking the next step. Not because it has to change, but because we want to do more for the climbing sport and the community that supports it.

In the coming days, we’ll take you along in a few posts. About our choices, what we stand for, and the next step we’re going to take. 💪

That's right! The first section of NCC is now open.

Last Saturday on January 3rd we opened our doors to our members to come and experience the first part of NCC, the introductory area.

This 14-m-high wall houses 28 ropes which is already around 75% of our old capacity! We've heard that the routes are of great quality and we are very happy with that feedback!

It was a really, really cool day (literaly) and we still have to improvise a lot of things. The space is limited but at least our community has a place to climb again.

Next week on Tuesday Januari 13th we will open the introductory boulder area (main boulder area still takes some time) and after that the autobelay area.

Please keep in mind that everything is very basic. There are no changing rooms, heating, showers or a proper café. These utilities will be rolled out throughout Q1 and Q2 of 2026.
