MSRA Odin

Middelburg Student Rowing Association Odin In 2016 ODIN won the competition of smartest student rowing association, organized by Kempen &Co and Van Lanschot.

Students from University College Roosevelt in Middelburg have established the first STUDENT rowing club in Zeeland by the name "MSRA Odin". On November 27nd, 2015 ODIN became official and was then allowed to participate in student races in cities all over the Netherlands. So far teams have already managed to become champions of Zeeland on the ZEK (Zeeuwse Ergometer Kampioenschappen), got a 'blik'

It only took 24 hours🤩. On April and 18 and 19 Odin did a 24 hour erg relay for charity. Thank you to everyone who signed up to row, we could not have done it without you!!

Happy (belated) 10th birthday Odin! On November 27, 2025 the club gathered to celebrate the birthday of our beloved rowing association. There was pizza, (fun!) presentations, games and, of course, birthday cake. 🎉🎈🍾

Korte Vliet 2025. On November 16 we sent two teams to compete in Leiden. A 8+ (Lizzy, Nienke, Anne, Jeanne, Alexandra, Isabel, Marieke, Marlena, Philine) and a C4x+ (Kacper, Merlijn, Ole, Mortiz, Lucas). Congratulations to all the rowers, who all did incredibly well!!

On October 4 2025, Odin held the first Interodin Race of the semester. Unfortunately due to very windy weather we were unable to go on the water and used the ergs instead. The race consisted of a 1000 m per person relay.

On September 27, 2025 Odin members took part in the annual Abeelenrace, a 5km race from Vlissingen to Middelburg. Congratulations to all rowers, especially to Jeanne and Nienke who won first place!
