✨ Reformer-inspired move on the mat ✨
You don’t need a Reformer to feel the burn 🔥
This is a Bottom Lift with Extension from the BASI repertoire — I’ve just adapted it using a small Pilates ball!
It really wakes up the glutes, hamstrings, and core while keeping things fun and flowy 🤍
