RS 500 Team NED Jessurun-Oosterkamp

RS 500 Team NED Jessurun-Oosterkamp Martijn Jessurun and Folkert-Jan Oosterkamp just joined the RS 500 and are training for the 2015 RS 500 World Championships in Bruinisse, The Netherlands

We are Martijn Jessurun and Folkert-Jan Oosterkamp. We are both 16 years old and started sailing the RS 500 in August 2014. We both have experience in the RS Feva class as a helm, and now together as one team. Martijn as helm, Folkert-Jan as crew.

Last weekend, we had our first race of the year, the United 4 in Medemblik. Out of the fourteen competitors, we have managed to achieve the 4th place! Not bad for a first race. We're looking forward to our next event in Workum.
