The countdown to The Real Trip 2026 has officially started, and now is the perfect time to secure your place at one of Europe’s most iconic windsurf events.

Early Bird Registration is now open and available until July 1st, 2026.

From September 18th to 20th, hundreds of windsurfers and windfoilers will gather once again on the beach of Makkum for a weekend filled with racing, adventure, friendship and unforgettable moments on the water.

Whether you’re joining for the legendary Rabbit Start, the Long Distance Races, the Windsurf EXPO, the beach atmosphere or simply to spend a weekend surrounded by people who share the same passion, The Real Trip is an experience you don’t want to miss.

For more than 30 years, The Real Trip has brought together surfers of all ages and skill levels. From first-time participants to experienced racers, from recreational windsurfers to dedicated foilers, everyone is welcome.
