A little legs, a little lungs, a little gymnastics, and just enough barbell to keep everyone humble.
Monday starts with the classic “why are my legs burning already?” combo.
Tuesday brings pulling, pressing and rowing.
Wednesday: deadlifts, double-unders and a run to clear your thoughts — or lose them completely.
Thursday is for the gymnasty people: RMU, jerks and BMU.
Friday gets heavy with sandbags, cleans, squats and TTB.
Saturday is a buddy WOD, so choose someone you trust… or someone you want to suffer with.
Sunday finishes strong with bench press, KBS, push-ups and rope climbs.

We’re kicking off with legs, hinging and rowing, then rolling straight into double unders, HSPU and snatches. Midweek brings the classic wall ball + run combo, Thursday is all about power cleans and calories, and the weekend? Well… deadlifts, TTB, KBS, wall walks and a spicy Sunday press/burpee situation.
Basically: bring your legs, lungs, grip and a good attitude.

WEEKLY WOD FORECAST
A BIG week ahead at Batteraof!
We kick off Monday with calories, front squats and push presses, then build into a spicy Tuesday chipper with running, kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches and wall walks.
Wednesday brings the bench press heat, mixed with wall balls, burpees and bike work. Thursday goes classic gritty CrossFit with deadlifts, push-ups and box jumps. Friday is engine day: bike, row, ski.
And then… Saturday = MURPH.

Kingsday👑 kicks things off with a full restday—because even savages need a day to reload!
Then it’s straight into a week that doesn’t let up:
Tuesday hits your engine and coordination with running, dumbbell snatches, and toes-to-bar.
Wednesday brings the barbell back—back squats paired with rowing, double unders, and power cleans to keep you honest.
Thursday is all about upper body grit and unilateral pain: handstand push-ups, pull-ups, and lunges.
Friday loads the posterior chain heavy with deadlifts and bike work to test both strength and lungs.
Saturday turns into a grind—run, burpees, box jump overs, and overhead squats. Stay moving or get buried.
Sunday finishes with a push-pull combo: bench press, bike, wall walks, rowing, and sit-ups. No easy way out.
Pace it wrong and you’ll feel it all week. Pace it right and you might survive😅💪
