A little legs, a little lungs, a little gymnastics, and just enough barbell to keep everyone humble.
Monday starts with the classic “why are my legs burning already?” combo.
Tuesday brings pulling, pressing and rowing.
Wednesday: deadlifts, double-unders and a run to clear your thoughts — or lose them completely.
Thursday is for the gymnasty people: RMU, jerks and BMU.
Friday gets heavy with sandbags, cleans, squats and TTB.
Saturday is a buddy WOD, so choose someone you trust… or someone you want to suffer with.
Sunday finishes strong with bench press, KBS, push-ups and rope climbs.
