Everbody Pilates was Founded by Amy Kellow - an International presenter and 2nd generation teacher - Amy received her training with Pilates Elder Jay Grimes. All teachers at Everybody Pilates are trained by Amy and provide a consistently high level of teaching.

We couldn’t let Mignon leave for her Summer holiday without giving her one last challenge… 😈

We asked our Studio Manager: “What’s the hardest exercise from the Pilates repertoire that she can still do?”
