Working on Marko's serve today. He's 7. 🎾

Most kids his age are taught to swing up and through.
The problem? That pattern teaches the arm to push not whip.

So we sneak in a few reps every session. Trophy position, relaxed wrist, nothing forced.
At this age the nervous system is being wired for coordination, not power, and that window doesn't last forever.

Small doses. Consistent repetition. That's what the research actually says.

The real work is invisible at this age. 👀

Tennis is more mental than most people realize. It’s not just about hitting the ball, it’s about how you respond when the pressure’s on.
The same patterns that show up on the court? They will also probably show up in real life.
We are very happy that has joined the team!

In this workshop, we got a taste on how to break down focus, resilience, and how to stay composed when the match gets tight.
