Yesterday another good day @ Zuid 63 with Airsoft No Limit. Our objective was to capture at least 2 out of 3 of the orange team flags. After holding them for about 10 minutes we would receive further orders. We started around 9:30 in the morning with temperatures already around 25 degrees Celcius. We soon raised our first flag and set our minds on the second flag, next to the village. This proved to be more difficult than first thought. We encountered our yellow opponents rather quick and found out we were flanked, our opponents having the higher ground.
With them up the mountain and us on the ground in full sun, we were at a huge disadvantage. Finally, with a small dash, Alpha managed to place the second flag. But unfortunately, we were unable to hold the flag long enough. While we made a second attempt, lunch was upon us.
Tired, hot we returned to the safe zone. There we found out that neither we, nor our opponents had advanced much in the mission line. We should have drawn a phone line from the HQ (based in center field) back to our base camp (respawn).
After lunch, we were granted the phone line. We were send on a mission to retrieve a phone and our mission in HQ. After arriving at the Village, ou opponents had already arrived and gave us hell breaking through to HQ. But we were able to get the telephone back to our base camp. Thanks to our man Kooistra But in the mean time one of our flags had been brought down by the enemy. With a small force we replaced the flag. We defended the flag for a while, realizing no one was coming through anymore. We pushed even further forward, finally finding ourselves about 100 meters from enemy respawn. We laid low for a few minutes, eventually retreating a bit, to give the opponents a chance to get back in the game. And then.... A well appreciated break for hydratation.
In the last mission part we were send to retrieve a bomb case and placing it at the blue structure. A few of the orange team seemed to have some energy left and rushed forward. Not long after that we saw them returning with the case. We es**rted them to the blue structure, with some well fought battles in the bushes. Our snipers rather disabled by the thickness of the bushes, but by combining snipers and assaulters, a rather lethal combo was created.
In the end, to all honesty, I have no clue who won the game, but it was a fun game that cost me many liters of sweat. C y'all next time!

Sad to see an organization which so much bad luck as Airsoft No Limit. Today's game was fantastic but after giving hell on the field, nature gave us hell...

Mission: Holiday Skirm
Objective 1: Find bad Santa and lead him to 'The Village'
Objective 2: As we lost the first objective; make sure bad Santa does not move through all checkpoints
Objective 3: Move bad Santa through all checkpoints

Being present with only 2 team members we tried to act as sniper and spotter. In the first part of the game we tried to push as far to the back of the field as we possibly could. I finally managed to get to the outer skirts of the field...apparently missing bad Santa (a guy in a prison suit and red christmas hat, how blind can I be?). After taking a quick look around I stumbled upon 3/4 members of the yellow team, so I quickly retreated taking out 1 of them.

Coming back to the middle of the field and joining our sniper again, we found out bad Santa had to be in the corner I just came from. We attempted to get back there, but several routes and approaches did not succeed. We decided to attack the enemy in the back. By the time we started to take out the back cover of theiir front line, we got the signal from the marshalls bad Santa had been found by the opposing team.

After a swift regroup and briefing our mission was to prevent bad Santa from reaching certain checkpoints. Most of the orange team went to the right side of the field, as the most checkpoints appear to be on the right side. A small group, us included, tried the left side. We quickly found out the enemy had pushed far and wide already and in a split second we were in the middle of a fight for the midfield. In the midfield are some wooden buildings that were occupied by yellow. On the left side of the field is a cane field that provides perfect cover. Me and our sniper tried to get a good advantage point to diminish the enemy presence. For some time this worked untill some enemies rushed their way into the cane field. with some dodging and crawling we managed to stay out of their hands, although I landed backwards in the water. After clearing the enemies in the cane field, we cleared the buildings as well and pushed through the entire left side.

As we finally started to work towards the right flank we got a signal for the break. Bad Santa did not reach his objective.

In the second part of the game it was our turn to move bad Santa around. Our sniper and me quickly lost hold of each other, still communicating about the situation on the different parts of the field. I tried to clear a path for bad Santa with a small group. We soon bumped into some resistance that made us respawn quite often. After trying the right side several times, I pushed left. Through the cane field I quickly gained acces to the group defending and moving bad Santa, we guided him through several checkpoints before getting split up again. Bad Santa moved to a safer location and route to the next checkpoint while I pushed directly to the front line. In the process I saw a lot of yellow players leaving the field. And as we reached the next checkpoint with bad Santa it appeared the entire yellow side had given up. This meant an end to the game and later the day as well.

Mission: The Battle of Barchon
Objective 1: Transfer the FOB from the outer ring to the inner ring in groups of ten people, each group starting a minute apart.
Objective 2: Connect the phone lines between the respawn and the first FOB
Objective 3: Move all the stuff from the first FOB to the second
Objective 4: Find the key and cylinder 17
Objective 5: Claim the Jeep by giving the key and cylinder to the marshall driving the vehicle
Objective 6: Move the general from the first FOB to the second by means of the Jeep
Objective 7: Move the phone lines from the first FOB to the second
Objective 8: Find boxes 3,6,4,1,,9 and 12. These boxes are for airstrikes at three different locations
Objective 9: Find the suitcase to launch the rocket. The general must do this.

Being present with 6 team members we first decided to hold the enemy to attack us from behind. With three snipers and 2 assaulters we covered the outer ring. One of our team members joined a group to complete missions. After a while the thread on the outer ring was reduced to zero and we decided to enter the inner ring. At that point the inner ring was divided in half, each team covering their front. Neither capable of pushing the other one back significantly. Our assaulters tried to push through the tunnels of the fort as well as the flanks of the outer ring. The snipers tried to get to the bridge between the inner and outer ring to control troop movement between the two rings. To achieve that we had to enter the front line. For snipers a less than optimal position. We held our positions untill the break. Reaching the break, we completed objectives 1 to 4.
After the break one sniper took on the role of assault to complete more missions. In no time the inner ring was divided in two parts again, but this time the yellow team seemed to get the upper hand. Trying to push through the tunnels our assaulters found that the orange team had taken a strong position in the tunnels, except for the exit leading towards the yellow team. So next, we tried to flank the yellow team from the outside from the inner circle. And after a couple of attempts we succeeded. The field was now evenly divided again. Our snipers covered us from the outer ring mostly, sometimes getting back at the inner ring to surprise the enemy. Our assaulters pushed back to the outer ring, finding we had claimed the Jeep and were transporting the general to the new FOB. We joined the es**rt and managed to keep the general safe. After this we attained the boxes to unlock the airstrike and cleared the area around the missile. We held firm for a long time, but were finally pushed back again. We noticed our troops were getting thinner and thinner as more people were heading home. With ten minutes remaining we attained another air strike and were able to push back, obtain the suitcase and win the day.

Next Sunday our team will be present at Fort Barchon for "The Battle of Barchon" with Airsoft No Limit . Present will be Rob, Robert, Kooistra, Vogelzang and Alpha. Bringing along one new potential member. We hope to see you there and have a great day!

Next Sunday, the 23th of September part of our team will be present at Zuid 63 playing at the greatest field in the South from Airsoft No Limit in cooperation with Area 57. For those coming, we are looking forward to see you all at Serpent III.

Team: Blue
Objective 1: obtain flags and drugs filled jerrycans
Objective 2: obtain money, buy drugs and eventually capture the drug lord

After a well and hard fought day we found ourselves winning both objectives. The Chambers proves to be a dynamic field every time. Where ever you walk to from your respawn, you'll end up in a front fight on either side of the field. Thanks to -Events and all players involved in the game!

Ons team was vandaag in een mini delegatie aanwezig bij de test skirm van Airsoft No Limit op Zuid 63. Mensen wat een vet terrein wordt dat!
