MYyachtcrew is currently looking for a Y4 ENGINEER to join a 37m commercial Italian built M/Y based in Croatia.
Itinerary: Eastern Med, single season
Start date: End of June
This is a permanent position
They will have some owners usage and hopefully a charter here and there.

Requirements:
-STCW, ENG1, Y4 minimum
-Ideally have 4 or 5 years experience as chief/sole engineer on yachts
-Must be knowledgeable, hands on and adaptable. Good at trouble shooting and fixing things on your own. Be safety cautious and work in a clean and neat way. Be on top of your admin.
-A team player willing to help out in other departments when needed
-They are after a long term commitment and would love to see some previous commitment with great references to prove it.

MYyachtcrew is looking to place a STRONG 3rd STEWARDESS onboard a 50m private M/Y
Location and Itinerary: Turkey
Start date ASAP. Ideally by Wednesday
Duration: Permanent and non rotational offering 60 days leave
The boss and his family are lovely people and they have owned yachts for a long time. They will use the yacht during 3 or 4 months a year.
Owner likes to treat crew well.

Requirements:
-STCW, ENG1, Valid Passport for at least 6 months and great checkable references.
-3rd Stewardess needs 1 or rather 2 full years onboard a similar sized yacht experience. Sorry greenies!
-Extra skills and yacht related courses are welcome.
-A strong right hand to the chief stewardess and second stewardess. Rotate in all interior duties. Very high standards need to be kept at all times. Confident in different styles of service, cocktails, wine and have great product/laundry knowledge and A true team player who loves her job.
Have great initiative and great eye for detail. A hard worker who takes pride in her job and appearance.
-Must be keen to commit long term and previous longevity will get noticed.
-Have amazing checkable references
-All nationalities are welcome

-Valid STCW, ENG!, Passport in date and Valid Schengen and B1B2 if needed
-Master 3000gt
-The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience operating commercial charter yachts, demonstrate strong leadership and crew management skills, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a well-organized operation. They run a mini-ISM
-Previous command experience on 45m+ motor yachts. Proven success operating commercial charter yachts. Strong Mediterranean, Florida, and Caribbean cruising experience. Thorough understanding of commercial compliance and yacht management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong financial and budget management capabilities. Professional and service-oriented approach with strong owner relations experience
-Fluent English required. Additional languages considered advantageous

MYyachtcrew is looking for an experienced and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a 44m private motor yacht.
Cruising itinerary includes Spain, France, Italy, and the Caribbean winter season
Offering a varied and exciting season with a positive and close-knit crew environment.

This is a true second-in-command role within the interior team, working closely alongside the Chief Stewardess in the smooth day-to-day running of the yacht’s interior. You will take pride in maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, overseeing inventories, and ensuring guests receive warm, polished service from the moment they step onboard.

Requirements:
-Valid STCW, ENG1 and F&Hl2
-All Yachting/Service related courses are a bonus
-Must have at least 2 years experience on a similar sized yacht
-Willingness to commit to the yacht long term ideally. After committing to the full season, there will be an evaluation from both sides to see if is a long term match or not.
-Have amazing checkable references
-Fluent in English. 1 additional language is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
-Acting as the right hand to the Chief Stewardess
-Managing and maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the yacht
-Interior, linen, and uniform inventory management and organisation
-Preparing welcome drinks and guest refreshments
-Assisting with guest service and table presentation when required

Ideal Candidate:
-Strong service, housekeeping and laundry experience
-Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

The boss and his family are lovely people and they have owned yachts for a long time. They will use the yacht during 3 or 4 months a year all the positions onboard are permanent.
Owner likes to treat crew well.

Requirements:
-STCW, ENG1, PBL2, Valid Passport for at least 6 months and great checkable references.
-Must be keen to commit long term. Very high standards need to be kept at all times. True team players.

Bosun:
-Minimum of YM.
-Ideally 4+ years on similar sized yachts
-Have ample (product) knowledge, a strong leader and guide to the more junior deck crew and keep safety in mind at all times
-Confident with large tender experience for 45 foot chase boat.
-Bonus if you are able to teach children age 10 all sorts of water sports. Kids will want to be helping with day to day operations as well
