Want to join a downwinder but feel like you need a little more experience on the sea first? We’ve got you! 🤙

BLOW is starting sea lessons and will also be organising beginner-friendly downwinders. The perfect way to build confidence, get more experience on the sea and prepare for your first downwinder. 🌊

Join our WhatsApp group to be the first to hear when conditions are right for sea lessons and when beginner downwinders are happening.

You can also use the group to find other kiters to practice with and head out on the sea together! 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

How amazing is it to have your own wetsuit? 🤙

We’ve got rental wetsuits at Blow, but once you’re hooked, having your own suit just makes everything easier (and comfier!).

For Dutch conditions, we recommend going for a 5/3 or 5/4mm wetsuit. In summer, a 4/3 can do the job, but honestly… we’d rather have you nice and warm than freezing out there 🥶🌊

🌊 We’re now offering lessons on the sea!

Most of our lessons take place at the Zandmotor, where the flat water is perfect for learning. But if you’re ready for the next step, you can now also book sea lessons with us.

To join, you should:
✔️ Be able to ride upwind
✔️ Make confident transitions on flat water

Sea lessons are available as private or duo sessions and include a wireless headset, so your instructor can coach you live while you’re riding.
