LOVE THIS! Great message! who cares what you look like when you're working out??! You do this for you! Hair a mess, crotch sweat, mascara running, pulling funny faces, and sweat dripping off your face, no one is judging you! They will however respect you for working your ass off!

Don't let a set back derail you! Work around the injury (if possible) :)

Dips: best for working triceps, but you will find it works the entire upper body! 3 sets to failure...burn, burn, burn! :D
