This is my starting point (no filter)❗️
As of today my 12-weeks Shredding Program has started and this year is gonna be different than previous years..
Because this year I will compete for the first time in my life and damn.. think about it will make me nervous af!
I’ve considered it before but at that moment I felt I wasn’t ready for it. Early this year a few people told me that I would have a good potential with my physique and it made me thinking about it again. I’ve asked myself: “which sort of physique is your ideal?”
The answer on that question had led me to sign up for a NPC Show in Men’s Physique division which will take place on September, 17th! 🇳🇱
A new challenge accepted which requires hard work & dedication, focus, consistency and self-confidence, because there will be pressure on me. However, I truly believe that at some point you have to step out of your comfort zone in order to further develop yourself, and yes, it will be a learning phase too in which mistakes will be made.
A bit scared? Yes. But I’m more motivated than ever to give this whole prep a shot and giving my utmost to bring my best package and leave it all on the table (mission is to reach the first callout🫡)
Yesterday morning I weighed myself at 91.0 kg / 201 lbs, knowing that I’ve a long way to go, but the gameplan is there!
Daily macros for this week are:
3,000 calories
220P / 373C / 70F
4x30 min cardio sessions to burn another 200-300 calories
Over the weeks my carb and fat intake will decrease, my cardio intensity will increase and my protein intake will remain unchanged for almost the entire prep.
I will document as much as possible of this prep, helping you lose body fat and maintain as much lean muscle mass as possible!
We’re in this together and mark my words. It will be BRUTAL! 💪
