I work with women over 40 who feel stuck in a body that no longer matches the life they want to live.

Women who’ve done physical therapy.

Seen the doctors.

Tried strength programs, group classes, and “expert” advice and still don’t have real answers.

You’ve been dealing with pain or issues that won’t resolve.

You’ve done the treatments. You’ve followed the plans.

You’re not looking for another patch or workaround.

You want to feel like you again.

You want a body you can trust again.

You believe in strength but don’t know how to do it correctly.

You’re not new to training and/or sports.

You just need a plan that respects your history, your goals, and your real life.

No cookie-cutter templates.

No group-class chaos.

Just intentional, individualized progression.

You’ve “graduated” from physio therapie but feel stuck in the gap.

You’re cleared… but not confident.

You want to move, train, and live again without constant hesitation or fear of re-injury.

I don’t do quick fixes or random workouts.

I bridge the gap between rehab and real life.

I rebuild trust in your body, restore confidence, and develop capacity that lasts so you can live more and hurt less, without compromise.

If you’re tired of restarting, guessing, or feeling misunderstood, comment “LIVE MORE” or send me a DM.

Let’s make this the last time you start over.

You’ve rested, modified, stretched, strengthened, and followed a random plan.

You’ve done physical therapy.

You’ve seen the specialists.

You’ve followed every health trend on the internet.

And yet…

You’re still second-guessing your body.

Still holding back.

Still wondering if this is just “how it’s going to be now.”

That’s the gap I want to close.

“Live More, Hurt Less” isn’t about settling for symptom management or avoiding the things you love.

It’s a personalized, intentional process designed to help you resolve pain, rebuild confidence, and return to the life you actually want to live without compromise.

Here’s what makes it different:

I don’t chase quick fixes.

Pain isn’t random. I look at the full picture: movement, load, recovery, beliefs, habits, and context and address the root problem, not just the loudest symptom.

Clarity over comfort. Always.

You’ll get honest answers, clear expectations, and real education about your body.

That clarity is what creates progress that lasts.

Nothing is generic.

No templates. No cookie-cutter programs.

Your plan is built around your goals, your history, and your real life.

You’re not fragile.

You’re a capable woman who wants their life back.

This is a partnership.

You bring the effort and I bring the strategy, guidance, and accountability.

That’s how confidence and capacity are rebuilt.

The goal isn’t just less pain.

The goal is strength, trust, freedom, and momentum.

If you’re done managing symptoms and ready to live more without hurting less,
drop “LIVE MORE” or send a DM.

You’re an active person. Even if pain, hesitation, or old limitations are keeping you from showing up that way right now.

I work with people who’ve tried physical therapy, group classes, and cookie-cutter fitness programs that never addressed the root issue.

People who feel stuck between wanting more from their body and not trusting it to handle the life they want to live.

My job is simple:

help you rebuild trust in your body, restore confidence in movement, and develop strength that actually lasts, so you can live, train, and play on your terms.

This isn’t rehab.

It’s not another workout plan.

It’s coaching built for resolution, not temporary relief.

You just haven’t had someone connect the dots between pain, performance, and daily life yet.

That’s what I do.

Together, we dig deeper than symptoms, build capacity where it matters, and get you back to doing the things that makes you reconnect with yourself and your body.

If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start building freedom, comment “LIVE MORE” or send a DM.

The future of health is proactive and it starts here.

“I want my pre-pregnancy body back.”

I hear this so often from women when I ask about why they want to start training.

I ask them: Back to what exactly?

Back to a body that never worked a full time job.

Back to a body that never raised a kid, or two, or three.

Back to a body that never lifted groceries with one arm while trying to start a conversation with a teenager.

Back to a body before you built the life you have now.

That old body was not stronger. It was just younger.

It had other priorities.

You are not the same woman. You built a career. You raised humans. You overcame real obstacles.

So why are you chasing a body from a time before all of that?

Here is an idea. What if instead of going back, we build forward?

A body that can carry your groceries without pain. That can handle your teenager’s eye rolling. That can hike, lift, run for the bus, and still feel good the next day. A body that supports the life you have now, not the one you left behind.

That is what we train for. Not a number on the scale. Not a photo from ten years ago.

Save this if you needed to hear it today.

In most cases, movement will help you get back to your training and activities faster after an injury. It will help your body build the necessary resilience and safety for the future.

If you want to know more about how I can get you to live an active life again, DM me “strong” and let’s talk.

1 in 3 women will experience a fracture in their lifetime due to weak bones.

The one-year mortality rate amongst women after breaking a hip ranges between 20%-30%.

These are horrendous statistics. So if you are a woman above 40 and your goal is to live an active life you need to introduce some high impact training.

Spoiler alert, yoga and aqua gym are not going to help you build strong bones.

That’s where jumping comes in. It build bone density through mechanical impact and muscle contractions that stimulate bone-forming cells to make your skeleton stronger.

Rope jumping is a fun way to add to your fitness routine. It’s great as a warm up or a cardio session.
