The Pub Quiz is BACK! Yesssssss! And better than ever 🤓

In teams of 2 - 6 people, you can again battle it out with each other to see who has got the most knowledge between the ears 😲 and to see who will be crowned The Corner’s Brainiacs!

Categories will be wide and varied, and we’d assess that the difficulty of questions is again around a medium spicy 🌶️🌶️ so there will no doubt be something for everyone during the quiz 😜

It’s free to enter - just sign up your team in advance via a DM, along with your team name and number of people.

*Top tip - If you want the best seats in the house then turn up early with your team and claim your spot over a drink

Community Notice: This Saturday into Sunday, The Climbing Corner will host a Backyard Ultra running event. It’s a long running event for the Running Club Parkstad , up to a maximum of 24hrs 👀

The centre will be open as normal during this time, however just keep in mind that there will be runners starting and finishing their laps to the rear of the building. Maybe also looking a bit tired as the event goes on 😆

If you wanted to stop by and support the runners, then they will be leaving for each loop, every hour, on the hour 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ Come and say hello 👋

A boring but important post about a 4 day road works close to centre! The municipality are improving the road indicated in red on this image, and this part of the road will be closed to vehicles. These works will take place over Friday 10th July - Monday 13th July.

We are of course still OPEN for business during this time; however you should only approach the centre from the ‘right’ side :)

Crusader Championships 2026. Another successful edition! It is amazing to see how much climbing talent is evolving in this group, how far they can push themselves on the walls and how they solve the puzzles in the boulders. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came to take part and to everyone who was there behind the scenes to make it happen.
