Invictus Games the Hague 2022

Today we had a special guest 🥰
Paralympic snowboard athlete (Bejing '22) Renske van Beek gave a demonstration on the slope.
Thank you Renske for your time and we wish you good luck with your snowboard career!
We had a great day again with many enthusiastic people who have been on the track.
We look forward seeing you tomorrow.

Invictus Games 2022 The Hague

We are very proud to support the Invictus event by showing the possibilities of adaptive wintersports.
Everybody can ski or snowboard, there are no limitations. We have several sit skis with us and they give you the ability to ski as independently as your experience and abilities allow.
We look forward meeting you at our mobile slope in the Hague (16 - 22 April 2022, 09.00-19.00hr).

Going down with more than 50 km/hr soon?
Wear a ski helmet on the indoor ski slope too, here a short explanation.

As a modern winter sportsperson you will of course not go on the slopes without a ski helmet. Because did you know that you can quickly reach more than 50 km per hour on a descent? Then it is good to know that in case of a fall, a ski helmet prevents major head injuries in 85% of the cases.
And injuries don’t just result from single accidents but can also arise from a collision between two skiers or snowboarders. So you are not always in control of your own safety.
Therefore it is also highly recommended to wear a ski helmet on the indoor ski track too. You will not achieve the high speed on the ski simulator but for your safety it is best to wear a helmet there.
Children become familiar with the helmet in this way and then it is no longer an issue in the snow.
Please think of your own safety and wear a helmet on the indoor ski slope too!

Skiing in your backyard 😎
We recently installed an indoor ski simulator for a private individual on his property. This customer has very little free time to go to a ski center for his training.
That's why he wants to train at home at times that suit him best in addition to all his other activities.
As you see, there is always a way to do your workout ☺
