Or maybe you’ve never touched a rugby ball in your life, but you want to get stronger, bolder, and part of something bigger than yourself.

That is where the Lady Bears come in.
We are a squad of women from all corners of the world who battle for each other on the pitch and share laughs, road trips, and clubhouse traditions off it. This 2026/2027 season, we are stepping into an exciting new challenge: competing in the 1st Class of the Netherlands.

We play hard, we celebrate loud, and above all, we leave nobody behind.
