Iâm a yoga teacher, goldsmith, and singer. After experiencing chronic illness at a young age, I became deeply interested in the body: regulating my nervous system, developing greater body awareness, balancing my hormones, observing thoughts and sensations with detachment, and exploring many other tools.
Yoga became both a sanctuary and a teacher, allowing me to explore these tools in depth.â¨I believe healing starts with bringing conscious awareness to the body â âYou have to feel it to heal it.â By following my bodyâs wisdom as a guide, I not only overcame my health challenges but also rediscovered my passions and joy for life.
Now, after more than 10 years of practicing and studying yoga, I love helping people feel freer and more aligned in their own bodies.
I am trained in several yoga styles and somatic modalities, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, and Nervous system recovery. During my in-depth
I discovered yoga while seeking inner growth, peace, and a deeper understanding of my body â and that curiosity has shaped my entire path as a teacher. Over the past six years, Iâve dedicated myself to alignment-based Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga, exploring how muscles, breath, and mindful awareness can create stability, ease, and confidence.
In my classes, I guide students to feel at home in their bodies â learning how postures connect, how alignment supports strength, and how clear technique can transform an Ashtanga practice. My background in Hatha yoga, and therapeutic exercise helps me break things down simply and precisely, so students not only move but truly understand whatâs happening inside.
Originally from Iran and now living in Haarlem, I bring a warm, grounded, and detail-oriented teaching style. Whether youâre new or experienced, my intention is to help you feel progress, clarity, and a deeper connection to your practice.
