Wij zijn het dames rugbyteam van RFC Haarlem en staan altijd open voor nieuwe speelsters! Wij zijn het damesteam van RFC Haarlem. Bij ons is iedereen welkom!

In december 2007 zijn er een paar dames begonnen met het creëren van een damesteam bij de rugbyclub en momenteel spelen wij samen met onze clusterpartner Rugbyclub Den Helder in de eerste klasse onder de naam Cheetahs. Op www.rugby.nl is ons speelschema en zijn onze resultaten te vinden. Ons doel is om uiteindelijk door te gaan groeien naar 2 damesteams bij RFC Haarlem. Ons team staat voor plezier

en inclusiviteit. Het maakt niet uit of je groot/klein of breed/smal bent en of je al rugbyervaring hebt of niet. Wij hebben speelsters van 16-51 jaar, in alle soorten en maten. Je hoeft ook niet beresterk of supersnel te zijn. Bij rugby is er voor iedereen een geschikte positie op het veld. Dus wil je een keer komen kijken bij een training, stuur dan even een berichtje op de facebookpagina, DM ons via instagram of mail naar [email protected]. Wij trainen op woensdagen en vrijdagen van 20.00-21:30 uur. Nog nooit gerugbyd en wil je eerst goed de basis leren? Ieder seizoen in september begint er ook een introductiecursus. As the 2025–2026 season comes to an end, we look back on a challenging year that tested us in many ways. Through every high and low, we stayed together: on the pitch and off.

A huge thank you to all the Cheetahs who are moving on. While we’ll miss seeing you every week, you’ll never really leave. Once a Cheetah, always a Cheetah!

A special congratulations to our Cheetah of the Year, our captain Jet. Your leadership have inspired us all, and we couldn’t be prouder. 🐆🏆

Thank you, Rienke & Eva, for the powerful day and kind words yesterday. They reminded us of everything we’ve achieved together and the strength of this team.

Now, we look ahead with excitement as we start preparing for the 2026–2027 season. The journey continues 💛🐆🔥

Today marked our final match of the season.

It's been a fun but tough one. We had quite some challenges to tackle, but above all we are so proud of how we faced it as a team!

The effort, the resilience and the support for each other made this season one to remember.

So we close this chapter with pride and look forward to what's next. Bring it on!
