A massive congratulations to Friso | crossfit athlete Friso and coach Freek Berkhof from Fysiotherapie Passion For Health on becoming the 2026 CrossFit Games Team Champions. An incredible achievement, built on years of dedication, discipline, and hard work. We couldn’t be prouder.

And to all our members who joined us this morning thank you for making it such a great atmosphere. Moments like these remind us what our community is all about.

FITTEST TEENAGER ON EARTH 🌍🏆

FRISO.
WORLD CHAMPION.
Say it out loud.

He walked into CrossFit Punt Uit as a kid who just wanted to move. He kept showing up. Rep after rep, season after season, on the good days and the ones where nothing felt light.
At 16 he started coaching, passing on everything the gym gave him to the next group of kids on the same floor.

This weekend he became the Fittest Teenager on Earth in the 16-17 division.
450 points out of 500.
2026 World Champion!🥇

We’ve watched every stage of this. The first pull-up. The first competition nerves. The 9PM sessions nobody posts about. This didn’t come from nowhere. It came from years of quiet, unglamorous, relentless work. And behind all of it, his coach Freek Berkhof of Fysiotherapie Passion For Health , who believed in this kid long before the rest of the world did. 🙌

Friso, we are so damn proud of you. From gym kid to world champion. You earned every single inch of this. 🐐
