BACK IN 4 WEEKS

another 4 week lockdown, just as last time we will get through this again !

in this 4 week period we will be working really hard behind the scenes.

Getting the brand new facility ready adding lots of new changes and new classes to our current timetable
for all ages, yes we will be adding kids classes to our roster too !!!

Who's excited to get back on the mat again ?

Focus jiu jitsu Netherlands is opening op his doors again on the 1st of July?

we still have some basic rules so please read the following!!

make sure to wash and disinfect your hands before entering the dojo/mat area.

stay at home if your having a cold or flu like symptoms.

try to not overcrowd the dressingrooms try to get dressed at home or shower at home if you live close to the gym.

this is not a covid precaution but always make sure to wear footwear if you leave the mat, make sure to wear a clean fresh gi and rashguard at all times.

If you haven't trained before and you would like to schedule a trial class, make sure to reach out to the club first ! you can do this by private message on Instagram, email or phone!

All classes and events are canceld this month due to the recent developments of COVID-19 (Corona virus) in the Netherlands, the academy has decided to cancel all classes and events and will remain closed until the 1st of April. The academy will keep you informed through social media

BJJ and grappling is a full contact sport, which makes the spread of the virus during a BJJ class significantly higher than other social activities.

We hope you all understand and keep supporting us through these times.

And hope to see you back on the mat in April !

Great Wednesday evening session with professor

Professor is comming back to help the team prepare for the upcoming national pro tournament.

We will host an training camp from 17-02 till 21-02

We will add morning classes to the regular schedule this week from 10:00 to 11:30

Are you competing at the nat pro or looking to get some good competition training in? you are welcome to join the camp !

All teams are welcome !
