In university, at work, or in social circles: group dynamics are at play wherever people interact. We cannot escape them - but we can shape them! Whether a group functions well is not alway coincidence. In this training, we will discuss what dynamics are at play when a group forms, interacts and collaborates. The knowledge you gain will help you to become better at team building and creating more enjoyable group experiences in the future - the ones where group members lift each other up.
