𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴! The new Edel Grass artificial turf pitch at Soccer Experience Batu Kawan is already making a difference at community level. Developed in partnership with IKEA and managed by Eco Outdoor Malaysia, this facility is more than just a pitch. It’s a hub for local players of all ages to train, compete, and connect.

The new pitch at Soccer Experience Batu Kawan was built using the Edel Diamondblade artificial turf system, designed to deliver durability, comfort, and consistent playing performance for intensive community use.

The project overcame permitting challenges and was completed swiftly, showing what’s possible with strong collaboration. With a focus on accessibility and skill development for both boys and girls, Soccer Experience Batu Kawan is set to boost football participation and even attract international training camps in the future.
This initiative is a great example of how quality infrastructure can strengthen local sports culture and create new opportunities for growth.

As the days get longer and the temperatures rise, summer slowly starts to feel closer ☀️

The season of beach days after work, spontaneous festivals, sunset picnics with friends, and making memories outdoors is finally here. 😎🌴

During our sales meeting, we took a moment to celebrate the start of summer together and surprised our amazing team with a small gift: a sustainable insulated Dopper bottle®💧

Not just to stay hydrated during the warmer days ahead, but as a reminder to slow down every now and then, enjoy the sunshine, and appreciate the people around us who make the journey so special.

Because in the end. It’s not only about the work we do. It’s also about the moments we share together along the way.

A fantastic day with the Edel Grass team Fanfare Grand Café Fanfare Giethoorn! 🚤🌿

In an authentic old Dutch farmhouse setting we kicked off the day with an inspiring wrap-up of past year’s results and the new challenges laying ahead. The entire team was brought up to speed on all the key developments at Edel Grass and within the Victoria Grass Group. It was great to look ahead together and share ideas!

At the end of the morning, 3 individuals received an official and highly sought-after - but also questionable - Edel Grass award for exceptional talent, such as ‘failed to complete the meatball challenge’.

After a delicious lunch, it was time for some action! Despite the rain earlier in the day, it luckily dried up. We were able to set off on an adventure in electric boats during a fun scavenger hunt through Giethoorn, answering some typical local facts.

Totally in line with expectations, nobody took it really seriously. But we had good fun, enjoyed ourselves and, above all, had a great time together! Team Bastiaan Nooter won. Once back at the starting point all colleagues were put on the spot for a charming photoshoot, of which the results are soon to be seen online!

We rounded off this fantastic day with a delicious BBQ, micro-managed by our MD. 🔥🍔

𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀!

Last week the first of 7 football pitches to be built kicked off at Nacional Soccer Club Aruba 🇦🇼 with a joyfull groundbreaking event organized by the Aruban Football Association Arubaanse Voetbal Bond - AVB

Actively supported and promoted by mrs. Gerlien Croes, FIFA officials mr. Jordan Victoire and and mr. Amiel Mohammed. Also the AVB team with mr. Randolf Lacle, ms. Dyane Wiersma, mr. Orlando Hoevertsz and many involved at AVB, the club or the project otherwise.

Mr. Lacle proudly presented in short his early vision starting back in 2018 and the many solutions that needed to be found to get everyone involved on board during a 6 year preparation road towards this historical moment.

Mrs. Croes passionately emphasized in Aruban native language the importance of this project for Aruban football, young players and youth development in general on the island. You could tell by expression, this is huge.

Edel Grass attended the event and we were gratefully given a unique opportunity to highlight in a few minutes the history of Edel Grass. This project not only represents FIFA’s largest investment; it is also the biggest project contract we ever signed.

After the inspiring talks the official groundbreaking moment took place. The selected representatives all dug a spades into the ground and moved the first bit of sand. A truly special moment for all involved and Aruba as a nation.

We thank the AVB and FIFA for granting us this truly unique project and will do whatever it takes fort he clubs to realize many years of fantastic football on our pitches in the upcoming 18 months.

Huge congratulations 🎉 to Hanworth Villa FC on their promotion tot he Isthmian League Premier Division!
