Last month I took a lovely work vacation. I felt deeply connected with nature, appreciating the plants and flowers surrounding me. Guess what? I explore what I enjoy the most of being outdoors and honestly I didn’t travel far to feel free and connected. I practised yoga, meditation and mindfulness and spent time smelling roses. Yes, believe it or not I got that feeling to rediscover the rose aroma as if it was the first time I smelled them. And to complete my experience I enjoyed walking bare feet and receiving the magic energy of trees through touch. Hence I’m taking that ‘slow down’ energy with me as we start in June.
How would that be for you to feel more rested, clear-headed, and connected to yourself without going too far, without the need to book a holiday.
Not because you took a week off but because you gave yourself a few intentional moments to slow down, breathe, and listen to what you need. So many women I work with are dealing with diverse important roles in their lives. They are successful, they have proven themselves that they are capable and deeply committed to the people around them. Yet beneath the surface, they feel exhausted at times where their attention is needed.
This month, I invite you to choose a different lifestyle, one that includes moments of rest, presence, and renewal.

Together, we'll explore yoga, meditation, breath work, and the restorative power of being outdoors. This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and healing that already exists within you and when connecting with nature.
The agenda includes a nourishing lunch and space to simply be.
