The EMCC Global Annual Conference 2024 definitely inspired me with all the brilliant keynote speakers and left me absolutely energized through connectivity 💚

👉 The program’s motto: „Critical Issues, Challenging Perspectives“

✅ CEO and Transformational Leader Peju Adebajo shared her view on "The Labour Force of the Future" and how to become well-prepared futurists.

✅ Lucy D'Orsi CVO QPM, Chief Constable of the British Transportation Police (BTP), presented her leadership style, "Addressing Inequality". Trust your gut and speak up! 💪

✅ With the Dutch astronaut André Kuipers, we enthusiastically relived his journey into space "Looking at the World from a Different Prospective". It was also great to learn how ESA - European Space Agency is becoming more inclusive and diverse. 🚀

Not to forget topics like tough times in hashtag , the speed of and its implications, and care in our communities, and much more.

Besides all the powerful speeches, I gained immense insights from all the table discussions during these two days!
Listening to other ’ stories, experiences, challenges, questions, habits, thoughts, strategies, and learnings was hashtag ! 🙏 🙏

It was fantastic to see familiar faces and meet so many new colleagues from around the world! 💚

Proud, humbled and happy!✨

I am delighted to share that I am now a fully certified Associated Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, the International Gold Standard for Professional Coaching which is setting the highest standards for coaches and adhering to a strong code of ethics.

After spending many years in the USA, I now live in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Due to the thriving tech industry around Brainport and the High Tech Campus, the region is experiencing immense transformation. As a multilingual Business & Career Coach I’m dedicated to assisting internationals and expats in integrating into their new country and advancing their careers. The ICF ACC credential holds immense value because:

Congratulations or condolences to the International Women’s Day?

Eva van Pelt, president of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DNHK), posed this thought-provoking question at the DNHK DIVERSITY event held at the Kunstmuseum Den Haag. In her inspiring speech, she criticized the stagnant women’s quota on the boards of Germany’s DAX companies and emphasized the need for accelerated investment in diversity. „Measure what you do to show that gender-diverse companies are more successful.“ She encouraged everyone to empower each other, saying, „Be a mentor, be a sponsor, help others to leave their comfort zone. That will do the trick.“

Pamela Stenzel, Board Advisor of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DNHK) and an expert for International Governance & Diversity, passionately addressed us all with her powerful commands, highlighting the crucial need for increased awareness. „Create an environment where everyone finds its place and is recognized for being different.“

Insightful table hosts led intense discussions on inclusiveness, women in tech, cultural diversity, and women in leadership positions at this inspiring gathering superbly organized by German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DNHK), NBSO Frankfurt and Verband deutscher Unternehmerinnen e.V. (VdU).
