Meet Sara, Paula, and Michael — our VNA logistics team. 🇺🇸
From our USA warehouse, they manage the supply chain and logistics operations for service part sales across the Americas.

With spare parts revenue growing by approximately 60% compared to Q1 2025, and with the logistical challenges that come with supporting such a large region, their role has become more demanding than ever. Their focus, flexibility, and teamwork help us keep customers across North America supported with the parts they need to keep operations running smoothly.

At Kula Yağ Emek Yem in Turkey, hatchery quality starts before incubation. 🇹🇷

With an annual breeder egg capacity of 𝟱𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗴𝗴𝘀, even small grading differences can have a serious impact. Cracked, dirty, misshapen, or upside-down eggs entering the incubator can affect chick quality, hatchability, and contamination risk.

Together with our local distributor Avimak, Kula implemented Meggsius Select for more accurate breeder egg grading and Ovoset Pro for more consistent egg setting.

The result: a stronger, more reliable process for protecting hatchery performance at scale.

We are proud to be part of PIB Poultry Forward Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

The programme was officially launched and signed on 3 June 2026 during VIV Europe in Utrecht, marking the next step in the poultry collaboration between Kazakhstan and the Netherlands.

Our involvement in Kazakhstan started in 2022, following a Memorandum of Understanding between both countries. Since then, we have supported the cooperation through trade missions, farm visits, technical sessions, webinars, and close collaboration with the Kazakhstan Poultry Union.

Within PIB Poultry Forward Kazakhstan, Vencomatic Group joins Dutch partners including Trouw Nutrition Benelux, Meyn Poultry, Royal Pas Reform, Ottevanger, and Impex Barneveld BV. Together, the consortium supports knowledge exchange and practical development across poultry farms, egg production, hatcheries, feed production, processing, sustainability, biosecurity, and training.

For us, this partnership reflects our long-term commitment to supporting Kazakhstan’s growing poultry sector with expertise, technology, and close cooperation.

We look forward to continuing this collaboration and contributing to practical progress in the region.

In hatching eggs, the position of the egg plays an important role in how the embryo develops. When the air cell is up and the pointed end is down, the embryo is better positioned for proper respiration and for the natural hatching process.
