🌟 Today marks the start of an incredible journey for as she takes on the Semi Finals of the ! 🏋️‍♀️ Ranked 47th in the world in the quarter finals (age group 35-39) and 14th in Europe, she’s ready to give it her all. From today until Monday, she’ll be tackling four intense workouts. We couldn’t be prouder of her dedication and hard work. Sending all our love and best wishes for an amazing performance!

Gear up for the CrossFit Hero WOD Murph on May 25th! 🏋️‍♂️ This workout, named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, includes a one-mile (1,6k) run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, followed by another one-mile run – all done wearing a 9kg/6kg vest if you’re up for the challenge! It’s more than just a physical test; it’s a tribute to sacrifice and perseverance. Join us as we honor our heroes and push our boundaries together! In the upcoming weeks, we have a few more workouts scheduled to help you prep. Let’s go! ✨

It was a blast doing all those qualifiers, live events and in-house competition. But now it’s time to set full focus on the Open.

We are so excited that is coming to our box for a 3-day training camp. 25, 26, and 27 august. Every day a two-hour session.

Now that the wolf is settled here at 'the Veluwe' we had to give this beautiful creature a place on our merchandise. The Wild boar, Red deer, Mouflon, Fox, Fallow deer, and the wolf can all be found on our shirts and/or hoodies.
