26 November 2021! Private training with ! For years I watched Demian in the UFC and I can’t count how many times I showed his highlight to friends to explain how great of an example he is as a representative of jiujitsu in MMA. Going from that to anxiously meeting him in 2018 at the airport for the first time, to these types of trainings and all the fun during his visits is a privilege. Can’t wait till the next one. Time flies! OSS!

Another 3 graduations, Luuk and Raymond did a great job for the blue stripe and Tom, who is going for a knee operation in April, still decided to take the blue belt test and sparred for 4 hours to show everybody how to work trough adversity!! Respect! .omverhoeven_
