Enjoyed the startup of a new season with the RBFA U17’s (2009), with staff and players, in the Netherlands preparing for the upcoming UEFA Qualification Round in our own Belgium 🇧🇪🙏🏽

Upcoming opponents will be Moldova, Belarus and Norway.

Always preparing for the next challenges and hoping to see a lot of Belgian fans visiting our games to support our team 👍🏽

Just finished the 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 with Double Pass for the Club Implementation project with Turkish Football Federation visiting 3 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯𝘀 in Istanbul!
We focused on Individual Development and Transition to the First Team.

The 3 clubs we visited in this working visit:
> Galatasaray SK, Fenerbahçe SK, Beşiktaş JK - Together with DP expert: Dr Ceri Bowley CMgr MCMI

At the same time other Double Pass Experts - Sander Van Praet Joost Hendrickx Joao Nuno Fonseca Teo Pirija, completed also their visits.

Nice teamwork where we could share our ideas and bring them into practice on- and off the pitch.

Thank you also Timur Isakhov for the support before and during our stay.

What a fantastic year we had Royal Belgian Football Association in developing the players for the future of Belgian Football.

Finding the balance between developing our own playing style, developing individuals in their own pathway within a team context and at the same time creating a winning culture.

Proud to pass on all my knowledge and experience gathered over all these years and working aligned with all staff members having the same goal setting.

Had a great Club Implementation with Double Pass in Turkyie visiting 3 Clubs (Trabzonspor, Rizespor and Samsunspor) of the Turkish Super Lig.
We guided the academy coaches to bring theoretical sessions on Session DNA, Exercise DNA and Coach DNA onto the pitch, within the specific philosophy of each club individually.

Thanks to Hans Vander Elst for the top cooperation during our visits and big thanks to the Turkish clubs and Turkish Football Federation for their fantastic welcome and openness to take their own development to the next level.

Thanks for the opportunity to share my experiences gathered over years concerning Individual Development of players and the role of a ‘Transition Coach’ guiding young players in their steps towards ‘adult’ football.

The Academy Director Master Class in Turkey was the third of five courses. On my debut with Double Pass I was happy to meet all the Academy Directors of the Süper Lig clubs to Riva, in the interesting setting of the TFF 🇹🇷

With and I had two fantastic and passionate colleagues to deliver our clear messages.
