We zullen na de zomer beginnen met jeugdlessen UKF Kenpo. Zelf protectie voor jeugd vanaf 8 jaar en ouder. Vanaf 16 jaar volwassenen training. Zie www.ukf-kenpo.eu

- anti-pesten,
- agressie-regulatie,
- trauma verwerking,
- voorbereiding op ingrijpende veranderingen (brugklas, verhuizing, nieuwe school, etc)

Graag verzamelen we tot die tijd de geluiden van ouders over de wensen ten aanzien van hun kinderen door de zomer heen. Zeker in voorbereiding op nieuwe schooljaar.

Wij adviseren de ouders om gedurende de lessen aanwezig te blijven, wegens vorming van het kind, ook na training. De ouders hebben hierin een belangrijke rol. Met name het vertrouwensaspect is daarbij belangrijk.

Wij zullen snel reageren en staan ook tijdens de zomer maanden voor uw kind en uzelf klaar.

A beautiful new space in our East Coast USA training center hosted by Vinny Anfuso.
Congratulations Vinny from all of us in the Netherlands.

TWIN TOWER KNIVES: A piece of the main frame of one of the Twin Towers is right here on the Central Coast.

One blacksmith from Nipomo has taken it upon himself to forge five knives to be awarded to heroes who risked their lives on September 11, 2001.

His story on KCOY 10pm.

Yesterday was Mr. Parker's birthday.

My instructor GM Mike Pick wrote the following.
I asked permission to share this with you:

"Today is the birthday of the "Beloved One", Senior Grandmaster Edmund Kealoha Parker.
Also this day, 51 years ago he removed his belt and promoted me to black belt with his belt, March 19th, 1965. In his words, "we have an eternal relationship". I miss his giving, his love, his manhood, his friendship, mentorship, his passion, his constant evolving mind, his brutal power, the 25 years we spoke every Tuesday morning up and to his departure from this earth, his humor and his jokes, his erratic and aggressive driving, I could go on.
Most importantly, what he taught me from his heart, his very being on what he gave to me, he was my teacher for 32 years,
I was blessed, and I deeply miss him. Michael Robert Pick "
