A change list can give you the necessary spark to research, reinvent and revitalize yourself. To get to know yourself deeper, broaden your perspective and get back your priceless life energy.

“You can’t pull yourself out the swam by your own hair”. Meaning the same thought, habits and patterns that brought you in a situation usually won’t get you out of the situation.

When life feels heavy and difficult. And it’s hard to see how to get out of this hole. No clear path or plan.

The only option you have is to make a change and take decisive action.

Everybody dies, but not everybody lives🙏🏾

Holland park workout “team awesome” finished the Mudmasters yesterday without any injuries (except for a few bruises) & with a smile ✅😁. The idea started in july when & suggested it. We started training for it together. Focussing more on running aswel as upper body strength. The ladies also trained by themselves so the motivation was high!! I’m proud that everybody finished and it was a lot of fun! Thanks & special thanks to for helping to organize everything 🙏🏾

🧊Embrace the cold 2.0🧊 So many smiles and heart warming reactions after the first event!!! Everybody doubts a bit before they start but afterwards the gratefulness comes in! Did you know that in certain places in russia they put their children in ice water to make sure they survive winter?

When people go to these extremes there must be a very good reason behind it right!?

On Saturday the 18th of december It’s time for the next ice swimming workshop. Consisting of a theoretical part where you get to know all the ins & outs about the health benefits. After the theoretical part well go for a real dive (in a tub). Ofcourse you can decide your own limits.
