A little recap of our Race in Ghent Last week

09/09/2026

Our second adjustment is for the Wheels of steel or shall we call it the Gibbons of steel?

Rules: You have to start by standing on the bar with 2 stick in hand. After the gibbons you go directly to the rolling monkey bars as you touch the bel at the end!

08/09/2026

As we mentioned before, Our OCRSeries will have some special adjustments.
We'll start with our Sprint of faith that's extented with a floating dip walk.

Rules: As you sprint down the lane you have to grip the rope before going into the Dipwalk. Your upper body has to be above the yellow tubes and your feet have to cross the finish line at the end to succeed!

Grip is everything! 🏋️‍♀️ Train your grip strength with dead hangs, farmers walks and pull-ups. What's your secret weapon?"
