Almost time to wrap up 2025, 2 more weeks ahead of us! These last few weeks of the year are so hectic, it’s overwhelming. Trying to remind myself that this season isn’t about doing more. Maybe it’s about closing loops, tying up loose ends. See if we can finish what needs to be finished, so we can step into the new year with a clean sheet.

Let’s fix your form so that every hour you spend training is as effective as possible.

⚡️Not engaging your core
Many women naturally have an arched lower back.
Without engaging your core, that arch increases, this can cause lower back pain 
Think of your core as a corset; pull it tight, close it, tuck your tailbone, and evenly engage your abs from your ribcage down to your pelvis.

⚡️Rounding the upper back
We spend most of our day hunched forward sitting, working, etc. When training, pull your shoulders away from your ears, lengthen your spine, stand tall, and activate your core.

⚡️Using momentum
When you start swinging through movements, gravity takes over. This is also a way of working out! But that means you’re not really isolating the muscles you want to work.
Move with control and feel the difference.
