❓How do I chose the right size shirt and how do I take my measurements for the pocket placement?

On our website you will be able to find a size chart with each product, which will help you figure out what size to buy. In case you are unsure or inbetween sizes you can reach out to us and we will help you determine the right size shirt for you.

In case your pacemaker or ICD device placement is different from our standard or you have an S-ICD, we will ask you to take some measurements. In this case you will receive a pdf file in your email with detailed descriptions and illustrations to help you take the right measurements.

❓Our pricing explained.

The Vital Beat products are an investment. We strive for the highest possible quality and durability. We understand that our prices aren’t 'cheap', but there are many factors that make up our prices.

We are a small company, based in our attic, and we have our fabric and shirts custom produced here in Europe in small quantities. Both the quality of the fabric and the small quantities result in a higher production price per shirt. The same goes for the shields that we use.

Shipping costs, that are between €35-€50, are also a big factor.

However, the high quality of our shields and shirts makes it an investment that will last you for years, which we know for a fact from the experiences from our customers over the past years. You will receive a shirt with a fit that we spend years perfecting, made from a fabric that was custom made just for us.

❓Do you ship worldwide, what does it cost and how long does it take?

You can get your Vital Beat protection no matter where you live. Your precise shipping fee will be calculated at check-out, but will never be more than 20 euros.
Depending on how fast we are able to send out your order, in most cases European orders will arrive between 5-8 working days. In case of a custom order it might take a bit longer for us to send it out to you. Orders outside of Europa that are sent with FedEx are expected to arrive within 10-14 working days. If you want to know a more specific time frame, make sure to send us a message with your location and we will get back to you with a more accurate time frame.

We have a solution for everyone, whether the placement of your device is different or if you have an other medical situation that you'd like to protect. Are you in doubt whether our standard shirts are right for you? Make sure to send us an email or Whatsapp message before placing an order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

❓I received a shirt with the pocket upside down, is that correct?

Our Extra Small (XS) and Small (S) shirts and some custom orders will have the pocket upside down, with the pointed part of the shield facing towards the sky. This is on purpose because of the available space between the neck and shoulders, which is smaller on people with narrow shoulders. This adjustment has been made to improve commfort and movability on people wearing a smaller size shirt, while maintaining the same level of protection
