Those aren’t our words. They’re Loek’s after spending two months riding a Pilot Carmenta.

What started as curiosity about a premium titanium all-road / gravel bike turned into a few unexpected discoveries:

⚡ Faster than expected
⚡ Comfortable enough for long days in the saddle
⚡ Agile and responsive on both road and gravel
⚡ More tire clearance isn’t always better
⚡ Titanium truly stands the test of time

But perhaps his most interesting observation was this:

On Saturday July 11th, we are hosting the second test day of our unique neuroscience cycling research together with Neurofactor.

Using mobile EEG technology, we are investigating what different frame materials do to the riding experience. How does a bike make you feel? What creates confidence? What feels natural? And what is actually happening inside your brain while you ride?
