Well, finaly again getting something together,...
New ball-joints on one side and fitting the stuff,
Now we getting somewere, in the comming view months Old School Products ( https://www.facebook.com/OldSchoolProducts/ ) will get some orders from me to rebuild the Trans-Am...;-)

Laat de schoonmaak maar beginnen...:-D
Alle onderdelen die ik weg wilde hebben zijn van de wagen af. op de nokkenas na, die zit nog in het blok, dus een mooi klusje voor morgen.
Met het verwijderen van her en der van wat overbodige bouten, schroeven en andere zooi, kwam ik erachter dat de orginele verwarmingsklep nog in de paravaanbak zat en tot mijn verbazing werkte het maffe ding nog steeds...:-) maar ja, niet meer nodig, dus toedeloe ermee en na het nog eens bekeken te hebben, lijkt het me een leuke plek om de MDS in te zetten...word vervolgd.
Wat test schoonmaak dingetjes gedaan en ik ben heel blij dat een aantal onderdelen die ik wil hergebruiken, zeer mooi uit de schoonmaak, roest-omvormer/primer komen.
Nu de zooi onderdelen uitzoeken wat blijft of vervangen gaat worden en mijn gedachten over sommige onderdelen laten gaan of de kosten van nieuw opwegen tegen het schoonmaken e.d.
Ook blijf ik spelen met de gedachten om de schermen en de neus er ook maar af te schroeven.....

We zijn nog wel even bezig ...More to come..

I"m getting there, there is room to work under the hood....lol...
Today, the steering system is gone, all the wiring..gone, radiator/fan's and some bits and peaces of the engine, Can't get the crankshaft bold lose...damn thing..
Also made the"hydro-booster" in the car to see where the other part are coming and see what to do with the break-lines, some good idea's for it..

Just changing some break rotor's...:-P
Made a lot of progress the last couple of day's, now a lot of cleaning to do and make a shopping list and do some thinking if i gonna dismantle the whole front of the car and take the engine out...more to come soon...

And a little Trans-Am less, Butt more parts lol
Today Dismantling front suspension, upper and lower controll arms and ect ect,
Many part ar good to sandblasting and powdercoating, some must be replaced for new, the breakdisc are gone, so new ones must come. Brand?, i don't know yet, New calibers??, we will see.
I'm also thinking about a full Body-off restauration, i don't know yet

Problem found in the engine, little peaces are broken off from several Lifters, Well a new set of Lifters and Camshaft must come (thanks Kevin) but first find out what is causing the problem...Anybody..??

Grrrrr, Damn-It....after the two yearly m.o.t., witch the car not past because there are some crack's in the brake-disc, the car had a hard time to start, finally when it starts there was a knocking noise on cilinder one, so starting to break-down the engine and hope to found the problem.
So far no strange things found, so the thought to a bad lifter stay's.
The car will stay for a longer time in the garage to change and upgrade the brake-system, the fuel system, upgrade the engine for a bit more oempf by changing the camshaft and upgrade the rear axle with a new dif, ring and pinion from a 2.73 to a 3.73
