👋🏼 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐣𝐨: 𝐜𝐨-𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧
From day one, has played a central role in the company. Today, she manages much of the admin side and divides customer communication with Michael. “𝘞𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘣𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘴, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘮𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴.”
One thing customers might not expect? “𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘰𝘯, 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢 𝘧𝘶𝘯 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.” she says with a smile.
When asked about unforgettable moments, she hesitates to choose just one. “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝟤𝟢𝟣𝟫 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘺, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘦. 𝘞𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦.”
Proud of one specific product? That’s not so easy: “𝘞𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘸𝘦’𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘥. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.ᐣ 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘥. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥.”
And yes, Marjo rides too. Preferably on her gravel bike, through the beautiful forests near home. “𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘒𝘖𝘔𝘴,” she says, “𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦 on my Gravel Bike.”
