Besides your arms, you also work on your shoulders and your deltoids.
Use a mat, then place both hands shoulder-width apart. Stand on your toes and lower you upper-body between hands.

- Cross your leg over opposite leg
- Hold your bent knee with the opposite hand
- Turn your torso toward the bent knee and lean forward

Keep your chest up and stretch your glutes and legs. Have a nice weekend!
