We’re currently hiring personal trainers for ALL locations (see end of this post).
We’re keen to speak to trainers who want to build long term careers built around long term education, incentive, and support packages. UP is now big enough that we’re able to give all employed trainers with over two years service a share in the value and growth of the business via our equity scheme, as well as offering a host of opportunities ranging from working in some of the most interesting cities in the world, through to education, marketing, writing, and of course gym management and mentoring.
It’s not an easy ride at UP, there’s pressure and accountability that you’ll not find in other gyms, but that’s why we’ve performed differently. Success leaves clues.
Our goal is to help each and every one of our trainers master their craft. It’s not about session goals (we don’t impose them) or selling on the gym floor (we don’t do it), it’s all about maximizing client outcomes in whatever shape and form they may take. In fact, this is how you get promoted (results and tangible progress) - no ass kissing, no politics, just a meritocracy with tracked performance indicators that give you full transparency and control of your progress.
