In Pairs For Reps:
E2M x 10 Rounds (20 Minutes Total):
P1: SkiErg β 11/8 cals, increasing by 1 cal every round, ending on 20/17 cals
P2: RowErg β 11/8 cals, increasing by 1 cal every round ending on 20/17 cals
Once BOTH partners complete their calories, they move immediately to:
AMRAP Line-Facing Burpees (IGYG) in the remaining time of the 2-minute window.
Score: Total Calories + Total Line-Facing Burpees
WORKOUT STANDARDS
* Partners switch machines each round.
* Team Rule: Both athletes must complete their assigned calories (on the SkiErg and RowErg) before either partner can begin burpees.
* Cap Rule: Fail to reach the burpees in any round, and youβre capped out on burpees for the remainder of the workout.
* Cap Rule: You may continue on the Ergs (up to the required cals per round), but no more burpees.
* Before each new round begins, judges or athletes must ensure both the SkiErg and RowErg monitors are reset to 0 calories.
